My name is Sophia, i am 32 years young and a mum of one little Princess.

The idea of love yourself glow up came about in January 2023, after coming from a dark place i learnt to love myself and the glow up began.

Life is for living, we are here for a good time not a long time. I am all about spreading love, positivity and good vibes, i have connected up with some AMAZING products and even more amazing people and i plan to showcase everything on here to the WHOLE WORLD - we can dream big right?! The world is your oyster and thats what i will teach my daughter.....

I have been through been through quite a bit in my shot life time and through those experiences i feel that i can help others, whilst learning and growing myself daily!
